Grant Permissions
Allow microphone access and accessibility permissions when prompted. JustVoice needs these to capture audio and insert text.

Is JustVoice safe to install?
Yes. JustVoice is a signed and notarized macOS application. It's built with Tauri (Rust) and processes all audio locally on your device by default. No audio data is ever sent to external servers unless you explicitly opt into cloud features.
Does JustVoice work on Intel Macs?
Yes. JustVoice supports Intel Macs running macOS 13 (Ventura) or later. The Whisper AI model runs on CPU on Intel Macs, which works but is slower than the GPU-accelerated experience on Apple Silicon (M1–M4). We recommend Apple Silicon for the best performance.
How large is the download?
The initial JustVoice app is approximately 50 MB. On first launch, it downloads the default Whisper model (~75 MB). Larger models (available on Plus/Pro) range from 150 MB to 1.5 GB depending on the model size you choose.
