Pricing questions
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the JustVoice app or your web dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Plus or Pro?
Yes — Plus includes a 7-day free trial so you can experience AI cleanup, voice commands, and all Whisper models before committing. Pro also offers a 7-day trial. No credit card is required for the Free tier.
What happens when I hit my word limit?
On the Free plan, transcription pauses after 5,000 words and resets at the start of each month. On Plus (50,000 words), you'll receive a notification as you approach the limit. Pro users have unlimited words and never hit a cap.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing is coming soon and will include a discount. Currently, Plus and Pro are billed monthly at $8/mo and $14/mo respectively. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when annual plans launch.
Do I need an account to use the Free tier?
No. You can download and use JustVoice locally without creating an account. An account is only required for Plus/Pro features like cloud sync, cloud STT, and cloud AI cleanup.
